All services offered by The Author Solution are custom, project-based, and non-refundable once work has begun. We invest significant time and expertise into every project, and each service is tailored to the individual client.

Non-Refundable Services

Eligibility for Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In rare cases and at our sole discretion, a partial refund may be considered if:

Work has not yet begun, and

You submit a written cancellation request within 48 hours of initial payment.
If your request meets the above criteria, we may issue a refund minus an administrative or consultation fee (typically 10–25% of the project total, depending on the scope of pre-engagement work).
No refunds will be issued after 48 hours, or once any work, research, or communication regarding project execution has started.
Quality Assurance and Revisions
We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction through revisions and active communication.

Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in their individual service agreement.

If you are unsatisfied with a specific deliverable, we encourage you to communicate your concerns so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Revisions are not considered grounds for a refund.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us may result in immediate termination of services and forfeiture of all project rights.
We reserve the right to present this policy and supporting documentation to dispute any illegitimate chargebacks.
